On campus interview associated with corporate recruiting event. Followed by phone interview with hiring manager and on-site career fair interview and recruitment event. Career fair was a full day event where candidates were required to give a technical presentation, then went through several panels of interviewers. The interviewers were directed to focus on different categories and rate candidates in that area.
