I had a brief phone interview. I was called in for an in-person interview. It was a panel style interview with 5 or 6 men, in a run down building. They asked a lot of the usual questions, "give me a time when, " yada yada questions. Pretty tough and lots of probing questions.

Recorded Intro interview than a 4 person interview later. They asked a lot of situational questions. Be prepared. Also, make sure to stay calm and show lots of interest in opportunities.
