The first round consisted of a phone screen to determine if basic qualifications of the job are met. Approximately 2-3 weeks later, the second (and final) round of interviewing consisted of one-on-one interviews held in a single day with multiple members of the organization, each one being approximately 45min to 1 hour in duration. The interviewers included the future potential supervisor, the 2nd-level supervisor, an HR representative, and peers/coworkers in the organization. Philips utilizes a behavioral interviewing process, and they take notes to compare later during their selection process, so be sure to have rehearsed many of your success stories in the "scenario-action-outcome" format to make it easier for the interviewer to follow and document.
