I had a good interface with two people who were involved with the interview process. They were polite and sold the company's positives with me. I drank the corporate cool aid. The company seemed pretty stable and the corporate culture seemed nice from what a friend/former colleague who now works for Philips had shared with me.

The interview was very relaxed and comfortable. I got to talk about the projects I worked on in my previous company and explain how my experience and skills could contribute to the team

The first stage was an online HireVue interview. It included several personal and situational questions about how I would react in work-related situations. There were also three short game-based assessments. The process was clear, fully online, and not technically difficult.

They want someone with confidence and drive. The panel asked hypothetical questions about scenarios. They asked about priorities and organization and the ccna certification that's required. The interview process started with ats, AI virtual interview, HR, hiring manager, and then panel interview.
