CV Review, followed by online tests, followed by Skype interview, followed by on site assessment centre. Early stages are simple (quant and qual online tests which do not have to be repeated at the assessment centre) and the assessment centre is standard. They seem to favour those who have a good knowledge of how assessment centres work rather than on the quality of the candidate.
