The interview was a lengthy process, and it technically contained 5 stages. 1) General screening process with “Talent Acquisition” team, 2) Online IQ and Aptitude Test, 3) Live Power BI technical test with BI team, 4) Video call with 4 senior department heads and 5) Coffee Chat/Casual Interview with CTO/BI Head of Department. Generally the interview process was very friendly and enjoyable even though it took over a month to get to the 5th stage, the only thing that seriously let it down with a lack of professionalism was to be told that I didn’t get the job via an automated email that my “Application had been withdrawn” so not only didn’t I get a personal email which would have been nice considering how far I got, I wasn’t 1 of hundreds I was one of a small number of people left and if they insist they continue to send out automated emails, maybe have a separate template to let people down gently not an automated email which looks like I had withdrawn from the process.
