1st interview with HR in Mai 2021, 2nd with 1st and 2nd line managers 6 months later. The interviews were not particularly challenging. Only general questions about my present job and the structure of my Team were asked. Despite my requests, I haven't received any feedback on the recruitment process for months. Almost 1 year later my application was rejected. A quick search on LinkedIn revealed that another candidate had been hired 6 months earlier and my application had been put on hold during her probationary period. As soon as she was confirmed, my application was rejected.
