Process was very structured, with 4 phases.
First interview with the HR executive to run through the CV, then again with HR but this time with a more detailed approach and specific questions. Afterwards, comes phase 3 the interview with the direct manager and HR both, open discussion and Q&A about the previous work experience and expectations about the new role. This interview lasted 30 min at least. The last one was with the two representatives from the management team, one of them was the boss of the potential direct manager. It was a short interview with questions related to marketing field and the approach was more relaxed.
