One phone interview; about 30 minutes. In person interview at the NYC headquarters with a group of candidates; interview lasted all day long. Went through various exercises and interviews with about 6 different people, all the while being scored by a group of about 20 people. Went in for a third 2 on one interview with the specific department I wanted to work with.

Se realiza una entrevista con HR para luego seguir a un assessment virtual. No se manda retroalimentación en caso de no conseguir el puesto, simplemente no se vuelven a comunicar con el candidato.
After applying your resume, they send an online assesment and then an online interview. These were more customized for the role you were applying. Especially the online assesment was very different than the other assesment tests I've taken. There were some questions on planning etc.

Sencillo, con varias pruebas sobretodo de logica y razonamiento, y luego valorar puntos fuertes de cada uno para saber de que destacas y cuales son las cosas que te hacen destacar trabajando
