I completed the online SHL tests which consisted of numerical and behavioural questions and received a very high score and was subsequently invited for a video interview with an HR representative.
The interview lasted 20 minutes and it honestly felt like more of a conversation than an interview. I received an email before an official email which stated that I just about missed the cut but they encouraged me to apply to work for PMI again.
I'm very grateful for the interview experience, but don't think PMI is right for me. Although they are switching to smoke-free products, you really need to think about whether you want to be in such an industry.

Interview
Overall satisfied with the interview process. Got to stage 3 which is a face to face interview. The lady interviewing me was really nice and asked relevant questions. She even offered me feedback of the interview. However, the I emailed for feedback she never replied.
