Online test/SJT / recruiter interview / followed by multiple in-person interviews. The interview process was quite drawn out, and I was waiting upto two weeks to hear back between interview stages to be told after 4 or 5 interviews that the company were proceeding with an internal candidate.

Question 1
Asked a lot of STAR questions, focusing on difficult stakeholders. Presenting data/reports. Project Management technical questions.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Philip Morris International (Makati City)
Interview
Very quick. Had three interviews. First was with Human Resources, then with the local hiring manager. Then, with the Global team. It was a quick turnaround for me even though the final interviewer was not available that time, I caught up with the person a week after.

Interview
I completed two interviews (Internal Recruiter and Hiring Manager). Questions were average to difficult however both the interviewers had pleasant personalities and provided insightful feedback.
Interview schedules between the first and second were a bit odd. It took 2 weeks for me to have my second interview scheduled and now, after I have completed my second interview, I am still waiting for the result (2 weeks and counting).
It has been more than a month now from my first interview and I am still waiting for my second interview result.

A case study was given on the spot and you need to create a presentation.
Interviewer was professional, they were prepared and took me in immediately. It was still relaxed and the questions were a good level of difficulty. I got a good impression from the company from the get go.
