The interview process is very standard and simple. When applying for a Game-Day worker position you initially receive a phone screening. The phone screening just wants to gauge if you are able to work or stand for at least 8 hours. If selected your then move on to the two one-on-one interviews on the same day. The employers interviewing you are regular employees and the occasional supervisor. They basically ask you about your experiences with working on teams and will you be able to work when scheduled. After the interview, you get your picture taken for an ID and you are hired.
