Phil's BBQ interview questions

The interview was Short to the point. Not alot of questions asked just handed paperwork to start. I was expecting more of a formal interview rather than an immediate offer scenario.

This interview at Phils bbq was very easy going. I was interviewed on on one and she had basic interview questions. I had a friend refer me and that made the interview process a whole lot easier and i was just myself and they saw my eagerness and i was very smiley and happy.
