Interview
It was my second interview in over 36 years. I was a little nervous but the interview actually went smooth and I was made to fill at ease. Although i did not get the job it was a good interview. It will help me in the preparation of my next interview of not being nervous

Interview
The interview process was a 'cattle call.' A general job posting was on the internet. They accepted resumes and applications 'drop offs' on a specific day. Prospective candidates were called and asked to come for a formal interview. Hiring was done after one formal interview. Around one week later all staff members were required to attend an orientation. Shortly after that the business was open for the season. The process was efficient and successful in not wasting time.
