It was Sequential and Panel Interview. There were about 7-8 managing directors from the company including Chairman and President. I received several questions from 3-4 people. They were general questions and concerns if I would be able to handle the job since it was something new I never tried.
it was similar process as some companies in an old fashioned way. The 75-year-old chairman is still alive and govern the whole company. He asked me about my family's job and hometown.
