We went through various stages on the interview process over period of two hours
1) Introductions. The panel was introduced, followed by introduction of the candidate. Background information was requested via the usual question "tell us about yourself"
2) Information Gathering. ... Questions specific to the CV were asked, and clarification sought for gap years
3) Question/Answer. ... Questions were asked to establish experience with specific requirements of the jod description eg. Tell us about a time when you single- handedly coordinated a project of this nature"
4) Wrapping Up.. Salary expectations were discussed
5) Small Talk. Flexibity and availability were discussed and participant was invited to ask questions if any.
