Phantom Fireworks interview questions

My first interview was a phone screening where we discussed my skills and experience. The second was an in-person interview with the art manager, focusing on hypothetical scenarios and diving deeper into my background and compatibility with the team. Lastly, I was given an assessment test to complete. They stated they would respond by a specific date but failed to follow through. After weeks of no updates, I reached out for clarification, only to wait even longer before finally receiving a rejection. This experience felt unprofessional and a significant waste of my time.
