I applied online and was contacted by a representative from HR to schedule an introductory phone interview two days later. We spoke for a little over 30 minutes about the company, the team and the role expectations. I then proceeded to a video interview with two members of the team I would work on and 1:1 with the team leader. Final round was onsite for one hour with two senior leaders. The entire process was efficient, moved quickly and there was clear communication throughout regarding next steps and timing. From application to offer was under three weeks.
