Pfizer Junior Staff Accountant - Finance Rotational Program interview questions

The interview process was great. It was simple but well-structured. It was two sessions on the phone (with 3 different people each time) and if you pass the first round, they invite you to an office visit with other candidates. The position I applied for was in Memphis so they flew me over there with all the expenses paid. They took the candidates to dinner and the next day was an office tour and two interview sessions, with breakfast and lunch served. For each session, you tell them about yourself and then they ask 3 behavioral questions.
