submitted application, received video interview about a month later and had 5 question, you record it in your own time. That was fairly easy and then about 2-3 weeks later, I received an overview of the company call (some roles require an assessment centre and would be done then). I had the interview about 2 weeks after receiving this invite. Interview was technical and competency based. Technical interview was quite hard and the competency based questions were very specific to their values.

Question about previous experience and challenges I had to overcome
interviewed through hirevue which was awful. Only gave you 1-3 minutes to prepare and did not allow retries. they asked multiple behavioral questions and i believe it was only 3 questions
I interviewed for their Pfizer Futures internship program and interviewed specifically for the Global Commercial Analytics internship. The interview was only 1 round (after a digital hirevue) and was entirely behavioral (they might have changed the format since)
