Phone screen followed by one day virtual meeting where I presented past research followed by several 30 min interviews with team members. The meeting was virtual. Received an offer roughly 3 weeks later.

2) Video interview with lead scientists about research experience, skills, and career goals
3) on-site interview with the team with presentation of your previous work

They will ask you questions about your research background and if you have any experience or interest in the research they are performing.
Only had a quick screening interview, with basic questions (background, interest in the company, ability to relocate, starting date). I was told they would let me know either way but they never followed up

I was reached out by a Talent Acquisition. I submitted the application through the link I was given. Straight forward process: 30 min phone call with the HR -> 30-45 min WebEx meeting with the hiring manager -> full day interview with the broader team, including 1 hr seminar on your research
