The interview was very basic one, starting off with a brief introduction and then a two minute pitch to sell a hand wash product to the interviewers. It was easy for me as I had previous counseling experience. But with some candidates they also asked drug related questions. I was interviewed by the panel of medical department at Pfizer. The best thing about interviewers were they mainly focused on one-to-one interaction, with occasional moments of laughter which help me ease out my anxiety through out the interview.
