Online supervised aptitude test, 2/3 questionnaires including situational judgment tests and statements (agree or disagree), and then an in-person interview with group simulation exercises and meet and greet Pfizer colleagues .

The interview was scheduled within 3 weeks.
Overall the interviewers were very nice and explained the role so that I am clear. They were mainly curious about my reason for applying for this role.

Interview
5 Stages. Online Application followed by a couple of psychometric surveys, If successful you'll be invited to a supervised assessment. If successful you'll get invited to an on site day where you'll do a group exercise (discussion based), a site tour and then the interview. Fairly easy and once you make it past all the online stuff everyone is really friendly and easy going.
