I applied the position in late October. Got an email from their representative to set a date and time for call interview, which was great. She asked basic questions like my future career plan, what I'm looking forward from the programme etc. Got an email of invitation for the assessment centre.

Consisted of a phone interview, group interview and final in person interview, the final interview was in person and focused more on college assignments and internship experience. Some questions of understanding of industry standards.
