After the application you’ll be invited to do a recorded video interview on your own time. If you pass that step, you’ll go through multiple interviews either over Teams or in-person. Be prepared for STARS. Regardless of how outdated that method seems, they still use it.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Pfizer (Mississauga, ON) in Apr 2016
Interview
After applying, I was contacted by the hiring manager via email inviting me for an interview. The response was much more prompt than other companies that I have applied to in the past. I was also given the names of 3 products to do some research on before the interview, should they ask questions about them.
The interview was very laid back, yet highly professional. The two managers were excellent, making the most of their time with me to actually get to know me (Not just my resume). They provided some helpful feedback on the spot, proving that they would actually be good people to work with because they care.
Ultimately, they had to proceed with someone else due to the fact that I did not live in the territory, but I was provided with more helpful feedback and personal encouragement in the followup email. Something that I have never seen in a message like that.
