Asked lots of questions, mainly competency based. You are placed in a room with a HR representative, usual the person that will look after your future rosters and hiring you, they will ask for references and they definitely call them.
Very quick interview, not enough questions asked. Impossible to gage if someone is suitable for a role based or if the role is suitable from you if the interviewer doesnt ask a lot.

Easy enough interview if you have worked in the beauty industry. Friendly and relaxed interview. Asks all about previous experience. Advantage if you have worked in retail management for at least a year.
