Applied online and received a call a few days later where they asked me the application questions again. They then sent me the details for a group interview that I attended and was offered a position 3 days later.

Question 1
1. Design PJs that represent you 2. Why you are the best fit for the role 3. Sell a random item to me (they give you the item) 4. Went through three different shopper stereotypes and how you would serve each of them differently
Group interview
1) Design your dream pyjama and explain
2) how would you deal with a customer that is in hurry, a customer looking for a gift for girlfriend
3) sell different clothing items - explain its benefits and uses

Usually a group interview, especially for the XMAS period intake. There's a range of group scenarios where you roleplay in a team a customer interaction. They ask you to try and sell them an item of clothing.
