Nice guys to talk to.normal well balanced in nature. Spoke mostly about my experience, organisational skills and leadership. We reviewed my cb and they agreed that the answers I gave and my experience I seemed suited to the role. We talked more about the company direction its past issues and what were my plans for fixing process to,prevent reoccurence.

Meeting two was the most off the wall interview I have ever had. The Tech expert went off in a totally different direction to the job I was interviewing for and the Marketting guy started to ask me how I would consider an approach to a M n A!,,
