Three round interview consisting of initial phone screen by HR, more technical interview with hiring manager, and finally three separate personality interviews conducted by hiring manager and two other management level workers in supply chain department. HR was pleasant to work with, but I felt I was a bit strung along. After completing the third interview round, I was told the compliance team would need at least a week to consider my application, but that they were very excited by what they saw. Within 48 hours of telling me that, they notified me that they would not be offering me the job. I only wish they had given some indication that I was their 2nd or 3rd choice from the beginning.
