I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at PetSmart (Orlando, FL) in Apr 2010
Interview
Typical chain of command. Start with the online application. Then get a call, and set up interview with Store manager. If all goes well you are well into the background and next interview stage. If you are applying for a position that requires District management to get involved they will move you along in the process. Overall it is very clear and concise.

Interview
Sucks big time. People suck. Hours suck. Customers suck. Employees suck. Typical protocols are horrendous and you are expected to do way to much for a little sage. Ten out of ten do not recommend.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at PetSmart in Nov 2015
Interview
Very informal, and very candid. Total interview time was 4 hours. For management, you have to be interviewed by two separate store leads. They work with you to ensure you are a good fit.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about yourself. Where do you see yourself in 5 years? Where do you see petsmart in this? Tell us about a time when you had to turn a bad situation to a good one. Tell us about a time when you had to be corrected, and what happened when you were.
