      Relocation Coordinator Interview

      18 Nov 2018
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PetRelocation

      Interview

*Resume- cover letter *Questionnaire *Phone interview *Skills assessment......... write a mock email to a client addressing a concern. The concern with be regarding detailed services that you were not yet trained on. For example; USDA. Inform the client that their primary Vet is not a USDA accredited vet. Then explained what a USDA accredited vet is, and the importance of making sure you’re using one regarding the documentation necessary for transportation. Is that not a conversation you would have with the client during your first interaction? Perhaps provide them with a written and or electronic outline of what is needed? Not sure what comes after their “skills” assessment. I feel it would be a better use of the applicant, as well as the hiring teams time, to schedule an in person interview off the bat. Lay all the card on the table. No need to waist weeks of people’s time.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at PetRelocation (Austin, TX) in Apr 2019

      Interview

The interview process is a long one. It involves multiple phone screens, an at home e-mail communication review, a few in person meetings, and ending in a presentation. Maybe I am bias, since I received a job with this company but I thought the interview process was great! I know I would be extremely disappointing having gone through everything and not made it, but I read all of the reviews and knew ahead of time that I felt it was worth it. I recognized that with such a dedicated interview process that PetRelocation is very selective and sure of people when hiring them. I find this very incredible, and I for one want to be employed somewhere where I am seen as valuable from day one!

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

They really are just going to ask a lot about yourself and what you do to navigate the logistics of your own life. This isn't a role that many people will have direct experience in, so they want to see what unique perspectives and traits you have to bring to the table.
