About yourself. about your educational background. why do you wanna join the company what do you know about the company
The interview process consists of four stages. First is the Computer Proficiency Test to check basic computer skills, typing, MS Office, and system handling. Second is Aptitude & Analytical Reasoning to assess numerical, logical, and problem-solving ability. Third is the HR Round for communication, personality, and cultural fit. Final is the Operational Round to evaluate job readiness, practical skills, and role-specific understanding.

Interview
It was a very common telephonic interview. He just asked about my interest on stock market and very simple math also. Like square root of 1024 or avg of 18.63 and 17.23 etc. And then asked me that , can j joined immediately or not, do you have any problem to work only night shift etc. Oh yes, he speaking in Bengali language. So don't worry about English.
