Great interview process but with few challenging questions throughout the interview process, and also has a clear recruitment process which easy to understand. I found it to be well-structured and inclusive. The panel asked insightful questions, and the overall experience was positive and professional
Interview covered my background, professional experience, and Microsoft Excel skills, focusing on formulas, data analysis, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP usage, data cleaning, and practical problem-solving examples from previous roles and achievements.

They would ask most about your university experience regarding students organization, achievement, and committee experience. In addition, they would ask you familiar questions such as how much time you have for sleeping, what will you do if you face a conflict in an organization, etc
