Too long interview process. Which I think is funny since they are an HR company, you should know that a too long interview process only serves you as an employer but will scare away good candidates as it will take tol much of their time. It's a fact.

Question 1
2 rounds of interviews, then a 3rd interview where you need to spend (at least) 2 hours preparing a slide deck (they send you their slides however you need to customise them) where you present your 30 day, 60 day and 90 day onboarding plan (seriously?) and then a role play where you are given a detailed use case and you do a role play on why they should go for Personio (another 2-4 hours of preperation and practice) and then if you pass these steps there are 3 more interview rounds with your peers, your HR rep and a CEO/CRO.
Die Interaktion mit dem Unternehmen war insgesamt sehr positiv. Trotz der Größe des Unternehmens war der gesamte Prozess äußerst strukturiert, professionell und gut organisiert. Die Ansprechpartner waren jederzeit freundlich, offen und transparent, was einen sehr angenehmen Eindruck hinterlassen hat. Inhaltlich waren die Gespräche spannend und aufschlussreich, und ich konnte mir ein gutes Bild von den Aufgaben und den Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten machen. Letztlich habe ich mich jedoch bewusst dazu entschieden, den Prozess abzubrechen, da ich aktuell den Fokus auf kleinere, dynamischere Strukturen legen möchte und den Einstieg in ein Start-up bevorzuge
Branchenstandard. Es gab mehrere Stufen. Erstkontakt Recruiter, Interview mit Sales Manager, Case Study. Leider hatte ich das Case Study interview zu sehr auf die leichte Schulter genommen und bin dort ausgeschieden. Es wäre absolut machbar gewesen aber aufgrund der Lockerheit und geringen Zeitkapazität nicht genügend vorbereitet. Nichts unmögliches.

Long process starting with HR - Hiring Manager - Panel - Hiring Manager- Meet the team - VP - Culture Interview
I really enjoyed the process and all went very smooth and I basically got a verbal yes from the Hiring Manager for the position.
However then I just got a call from HR and never heard back from the Hiring Manager despite my messages to him. Leaves a bitter aftertaste.
