Recruiter called me and set up and interview, manager gave me a 20 minute phone interview, not formal no behavioral questions, just talking about PIP. I didn't feel like I was being interviewed I felt like she was telling me how to do the job. Salary was great but she warned me about the lack of benefits. Red flag to me. The manager was nice but the outside recruiter was pushy and wanted me to take the job before I turned in my two weeks. No beneifits no 401k match bad health insurance and it's temp to permanent. I turned it down because of the poor benefits and I just told the recruiter I was going to stay at my current company, and the recruiter never even acknowledged that I turned it down she just went on to the next person. Never even a reply. Which I thought was unprofessional.
