Most Terrible, Rubbish and Pathetic Experience with Persistent ! HR called me to collect primary details and based on that scheduled the 1st technical interview. On interview day, interviewer did not join the call and hence interview did not happen. (They did not even send any sorry note for wasting my time due to negligence of Interviewer and HR) Couple of days later, HR mailed me stating that "Based on your Technical round evaluation, we cannot shortlist your profile for the 2nd technical round." How can they evaluate my skills without taking the interview ! Request all of you to think 1000 times before applying for a job at Persistent !
