The process involves two technical rounds followed by HR round. You need to know your work thoroughly to sit for persi interview. If that part is clear, you'll be able to answer maximum questions and the interviewer will be satisfied. They ask you practical questions to check if your knowledge is not just theoretical.

there i was asked questions based on distributed systems,
what is distributed systems, raft algorithm, which db is good distributed database or centric database, asked questions regarding shrading.
then some questions on golang, like why go, how go achieve concurrency, what is reflect, coding questions of given string check if it is palindrome or not.
asked some docker and kubernetes questions.
