aptitude, technical (may be more than one) and hr rounds. Aptitude is written test. technical screening sometimes will be more than 1 and the higher grade will take further rounds. finally the HR will discuss on the process, compensations, work locations and other things.

I applied through job portal. Its was hiring drive at their office in Sharda Center, Pune. They asked collectively on who works on what and started filtering candidates. First round, I was interview by technical person who asked couple of puzzles. Second one was with Manager who asked more strategic puzzles and asked to wait. I had attempted it. Third was with HR person who helped me understand their salary structure to make it as good offer. They offered lunch facility. Problem was job was in rotation shift which I didn't wanted. And offering salary with my expectation for given role was problem as the HR guy was trying negotiate on lower CTC which I just agreed to get offer and try some other place to get better deal.
