I went in for my interview and there were no industry questions. I basically went in to see what I looked like. The guy interviewing me didn't even write any of my answers down when he did for the previous person.

The process took forever and was a complete waste of time. Interview, then a personality test lasting about 6 hours and another interview on spot after testing. Another interview follows with the area project manager.

2 web cam interviews. One with recruiter. One with Area president. Both pretty basic, job history, why perry, etc. No off the wall questions. Area president is really evaluating you, recruiter has scripted questions.
