Their interview process was a little bizarre. Hiring manager seemed unprepared. He was unclear about a lot of the questions I asked and didn’t prepare enough questions to ask me. He kept flipping the conversation to me and asked things like what do you think is important to share?

Fairly easy. Nothing special. Boring interview process. Not hard to get in and just plain interview. I wouldn't waste time with this company unless you like getting yelled at 24/7 and deal with managers/supervisors who doesn't know how to manage a team.
