Fairly strait forward. First a phone interview with HR, then in person with HR, in person with direct manager, lastly in person with multiple managers/directors from the department.

Interview
The initial interview was a video format where you are asked questions and given typically three minutes to answer, fairly routine questions, why did you apply, how does your experience fit role, what to expect going forward if you make it past the the first round. They also give you room at the end to highlight things about yourself you thing important but was asked on the video
