Very laidback! A few designers listened as I shared my portfolio, had some follow-up questions about my portfolio and my experience. Overall a great experience and a very easy process.

Interview
The process took about 2-3 weeks since my application. I only had one interview with a designer and a project architect. We discussed my portfolio and then they asked simple questions about why I would like to work there and/or what softwares I use.
