Interview with several team members, who will ask questions covering your prior experience, technical background, and behavioral scenarios, focusing on both your problem-solving skills and how you collaborate in a team.
The firm recruits new associates largely through on campus interviews for law students. You must be top of class to get in the door, as the firm prides itself on taking the best of the best. Once you get through the on campus interview, the next step is a day-long series of interviews at the office with different members of the recruiting committee, including partners and associates.

Cold interviewer. Not a great experience. They seemed interested in my experience and I seemed to check that box but did not thrill them beyond that. I think they were looking for a lateral from big law.
