a face to face interview with line manager and director: self introduction within 10 min. but there was a long time (about 2 hours), and in detail conversations about the experiences about relative fields

Interview
4-5 stage interview with multiple interviewers. Interviewers were technically minded and were interested in my expertise, experience, and what I could bring to the team. Some competency questions. It was clear that they had a passion for their work and the company, which further attracted me to the role.
