3) An interview with Managers
1st Round - Testing written- It consisted of around 20 questions. First section contained few questions about Testing. We had to answer the definition of different terms in Testing and also difference between types of Testing. Second section consisted of objective questions about Testing. Third and fourth sections were related to reasoning. It was an easy test altogether. However they eliminated few of the candidates based on the cut-off.
Result: 6 candidates got selected in first round.
2nd round- Testing Oral- I were asked to introduce myself first. The interviewer also asked why my academic scores has decreased from school to Degree. Then he asked why I left my previous job and entering a new field as a fresher. Later another person asked me few Testing related questions
Result: Only me was selected in that round
3rd round- Final session with Managers- I were asked how I will handle my responsibilities if I am selected for the post.
Final result: I didn't receive any calls from the HR even after 2 or 3 days. Afterwards, I called the HR and asked if I am selected. They told me that I am not selected for the post.
