Brief to the point, hired on the spot. Should have been a hint of high turn around rate. Had 1:1 interview with manager about 30 mins, no prescreening, a few basic questions what are you looking for started the very next week.
This was a standardized interview process that was mostly handled by HR and recruiter, until candidates are passed to the hiring manager. They fill groups to have a start class together, It’s a commission role so the profile commonly being preferred is similar to outbound sales.
