Interview
After applying via a Craig's List advertisement, I received a phone call from the erstwhile Service Department Manager to come in for an interview. Upon arrival I still had to fill out a ridiculous application and then wait to be interviewed by a panel consisting of the Service Department Manager, the CFO, and the CEO.
