I was contacted by the Service Manager a few weeks after I submitted my application. They were very flexible with scheduling the interview. When I arrived to the interview the atmosphere was very customer oriented and professional. The interview was pretty harmless and run of the mill. Described my work history and customer service history. A few days after, I got a call with the job offer.
