After applying for this company , they will send you invitation to attend their interview rounds . 2. The first round is basically appttitude round , where the employers are least bother about the rules of giving examination. That's when I got a slight doubt. 3. Then they will invite you for Coding round , in this case they will gave a case study on web form for which you need to submit only the validation part. The real scam comes here : After the submission of the coding round , they will simply tell you that you are not selected as your code doesn't compile and you had lots of error. If you are an software engineer then tell me will a validation check on javascript work without a frontend ? Obviously not you need to have a form on which you will call the script programs. Don't know from where these employees have passed their educational degrees , they are simply copy pasting the code and compiling and expecting it to give correct output. 4. The actual scam Plays a role over this part , where they will simply reject your candidature and say you have a lot of potential so Why Don't You Join Our Training Program For ONLY 15k. Later when they were questioned about the coding outputs i.e. where was the candidates mistake , what was the error they got , they simply couldn't answer as because they never compiled it in a proper way (If they would have done , they would get to know all the codes were 100% correct with later verified on ide). In return they started questioning about the code lines written by the candidate. So based on this experience , it's a clear fact they won't hire you , simply lure you for job opportunities and then will try to sale you their Training programs. The Best part is the reviews on Glassdoor , which might impress a lot of people but this 5 star reviews are given by them to lure you. Mini form of Bij*us. Verdict : Please stop this kind of Fraud Malpractices. As during this pandemic a lot of people are facing financial issues . You simply don't have the right to lure them and discourage a candidate to sell your programs. You can simply provide an advertisement for that. There's no need to be a fraud and scam 15K , it's their hard earned money unlike yours. Train your So called software engineers on how to complie code . It's a real life scenario not exams that you will copy paste & complie. For people like you it puts a shame on Real Software Engineers.
