I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Perceptionist (Westerville, OH) in Apr 2016
Interview
Very friendly management. At first there was a typing test (can do this up to 3 times for your best score). They do offer very flexible schedules and discuss these with you during the interview. Example: We need workers for the evening shifts right now but can also hire for mornings, which shift would you prefer? How late can you work? I liked it very much and felt it added a very personal hands on touch that I was introduced to the owner after the interview process. Then the owner of the company himself had a one on one meeting with me to go over the companies mission and purpose, growth goals and future positions he hoped to make available. (Some areas of IT and Accounting).
I was very impressed that not only did the actual owner want to meet with me but and take the time to tell me about his company personally but he also took a real genuine interest in my past work experiences and how that experience applied to his company.
